Liked the family atmosphere and brand-new family room for good value. A microwave, a coffee maker, and fridges were nice. The location for Koh Lanta was peaceful and wonderful, not far from the beautiful beach and ocean.

The unit is nicely decorated and brand-new, equipped with coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators. the resort is located in a pretty nice area with unbeatable surroundings, including beautiful bars and restaurants that offer amazing sunset views.

Super clean and modern room that comes with a spacious balcony and a handy kitchenette. 🌟

The staff was the best and excellent. the accommodation was wonderful and clean. My superior queen room with terrace and comfortable beds was huge. the location was perfect, at a convenient distance from Monkey Biziness. You could walk to a little store and shops.

The breakfast in the garden was delicious and the selection was good. Kids loved the spacious family room with the corner library. the reception lady was friendly and resourceful. Beds were comfortable and AC worked perfectly. Close to the beach, massage places, and restaurants nearby. Great price!

We had a fantastic stay at a brand new resort in Koh Lanta. The spacious and modern rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us towels for the beach and providing excellent tour and rental information. The location was also great, with a beautiful garden view and just a short walk to the beach. we highly recommend this resort for a wonderful stay in Koh Lanta.

We got great value for our money at Lanta Intanin Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Klong Nin beach and surrounded by friendly restaurants and beach bars. The highlight was being able to use the facilities of the Miami hotel, with its stunning infinity pool right on the beach.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional Thai elements that brought warmth and tranquility to the atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The hotel also had convenient accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, which made it comfortable and hassle-free to move around.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more attentive staff who were knowledgeable in assisting elderly guests. Although the children working there were polite and tried their best, their lack of experience sometimes made it challenging to communicate our needs effectively.

During our stay at the resort, we had immediate check-in and the staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed.
